A bit about us:
Real Estate Associate Boston or New York
A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated transactional real estate practice in Boston or New York.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing transactions, development projects, and distressed real estate matters. The successful candidate will work with institutional investors, developers, lenders, owners, operators, and other sophisticated market participants on transactions involving a variety of property types and investment structures.
Unlike a leasing-focused position, this role is designed for an attorney seeking exposure across the full life cycle of commercial real estate transactions. The associate will have the opportunity to develop a versatile practice, take meaningful ownership of matters, and work directly with clients and experienced partners.
Why join us?
Why Consider This Opportunity?
The firm offers a sophisticated real estate platform with the breadth of work typically associated with a larger national practice, combined with a collegial environment and meaningful access to partners and clients.

Experience with both conventional and distressed real estate matters. Meaningful drafting, negotiation, and closing responsibility. Direct client contact and opportunities to develop long-term relationships. Collaboration with attorneys across complementary transactional and regulatory practices.
