1. Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and conducting trials. 2. Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is required. 2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. 3. A minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for candidates with litigation experience, wage and hour disputes, discrimination defense, and FLMA. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
