Job DetailsAs a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:
- JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling M&A transactions including private equity and/or other private target transactions
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is required
