Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete jobs accurately
- Select and install tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision alignment
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
- Perform rework or fitting adjustments on pieces that fail inspection
- Handle and move materials safely, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
You should have most of the following:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or similar CNC machinery
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
- Experience in sheet metal, food processing, or sanitary manufacturing industries preferred
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and accuracy
