A bit about us:
We are working with a long-established nonprofit healthcare organization providing hospice and palliative care to patients and families throughout New York City.
There are opportunities across multiple boroughs, and candidates can be considered for the opening and territory that best align with where they live. You will not be handed an entire borough and told to figure it out. Each nurse works within a smaller, concentrated territory designed to make the daily schedule more manageable.
Most nurses complete approximately four patient visits per day, creating more time to assess patients properly, support families and coordinate care without turning every visit into a race against the clock.
Transportation needs vary by assignment. Some territories require driving, while others can be covered using public transportation. A car is not required for every position, so candidates should not automatically rule themselves out based on transportation.
Why join us?
$105K–$125K • $15K sign-on or loan assistance • 4 visits/day • Small, concentrated territory • Openings across NYC boroughs • Pension + 403(b) • Free BSN & MSN Courses $105K–$125K annual salary $15,000 sign-on bonus or student-loan assistance, allowing you to choose the financial benefit that matters most Approximately four patient visits per day, giving you time to provide thoughtful care instead of rushing from home to home Small, concentrated patient territory rather than an unnecessarily broad geographic assignment Openings across different New York City boroughs, creating the possibility of working closer to home A personal vehicle is not required for every opening; transportation requirements depend on the specific territory Employer-paid pension that builds retirement value without relying entirely on your own contributions 403(b) retirement plan in addition to the pension Generous paid time off, including your birthday Affordable medical, dental and vision insurance for employees and eligible family members Free MSN in Education program Tuition reimbursement for eligible full-time and part-time employees Dependent tuition reimbursement available for eligible clinical staff Qualified nonprofit employer under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program Meaningful work supporting patients and families through one of the most important stages of care
