Job DetailsRequirements:
- Meaningful experience providing general corporate counseling to private clients
- Transactions experience (e.g., commercial contracts, governance, buyer/seller side support)
- M&A exposure welcome, but this is not a PE/fund formation-heavy role
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills across core corporate agreements
- New York bar required; New Jersey bar is a plus
- Business development interest is valued; book not required
