Job DetailsYou'll handle complex construction defect matters from discovery through trial. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential — so is the ability to manage a caseload independently while working within a supportive team structure. Trial experience and a portable book of business are both welcome.
Requirements:
- Experience representing design professionals, developers, or contractors in construction defect matters
- State and federal court experience preferred
- Proven trial record a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- NY bar admission in good standing
