Our client, a growing premier New York law firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Attorney to one of their 5 offices! If you are looking to join a highly-sophisticated, collegial firm with exponential room for growth, please apply!
1. Represent clients in commercial litigation. 2. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements. 3. Conduct thorough and effective legal research to support case strategies and arguments. 4. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to effectively manage cases.
Qualifications
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 0-6 years of experience in commercial litigation. 4. Strong litigation skills, including experience with drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery, and handling trials. 5. Exceptional legal writing skills and strong oral advocacy skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. 9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 10. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
